Join Our Team as a Sales & Business Development Professional (Medical Technology)!
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales & Business Development professional to lead the commercial growth of CardioNS and help expand our international distributor and healthcare partner network.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, clinics, healthcare institutions, and strategic partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across regional and international markets
- Lead sales conversations, negotiations, and partnership discussions
- Organize and conduct online and in-person product presentations
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and partner network
- Follow up with leads and manage long-term partner relationships
- Collaborate closely with management on sales strategy and market expansion
- Participate in medical, healthcare, and technology conferences and events
- Maintain CRM and sales reporting activities
- Analyze market opportunities, competition, and customer needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or B2B technology sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with distributors and international partners
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
- Professional and confident presentation skills
- Strong organizational and relationship management abilities
- Fluent English communication skills
- Willingness to travel when needed
Nice to Have:
- Existing network within healthcare or medical industry
- Experience with ECG, cardiology, diagnostics, or digital health products
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools
- Additional European languages
- Experience with international market expansion
