For our client, one of the leading international companies specializing in the distribution of steel and non-ferrous metals, as well as industrial services, we are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join their team in the position of:

Senior Service Business Coordinator

Location: Serbia – Inđija

Job description:

• Develop business opportunities by promoting value-added services applicable to raw materials
• Visit customers, identify business opportunities and propose appropriate technical solutions based on customer requirements
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and service providers
• Support purchasing activities for international projects by identifying suitable suppliers and service providers in the local market
• Coordinate sales and purchasing activities in collaboration with colleagues across Europe
• Prepare commercial offers and participate in contract negotiations
• Evaluate suppliers and support supplier selection and sourcing activities
• Cooperate closely with technical, operations and procurement teams to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the industrial sector
• Travel regularly to customer sites across Serbia and occasionally within Europe

Required qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy or another relevant technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, technical sales or similar industrial environment
• Experience in the metallurgical industry is considered a strong advantage
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, industrial materials and material grades
• Experience working with customers, suppliers and service providers within industrial environments
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to travel frequently within Serbia and occasionally abroad
• Valid category B driving licence
