Your role in our team

• Ensuring system availability
• Managing and reviewing maintenance plans
• Developing, implementing and maintaining a quality and safety system for the systems with the aim of increasing and guaranteeing the reliability of the systems
• Operating the various production systems
• Processing on schedule and professionally according to work card specifications, batching, de-batching, process management, record keeping
• Fulfilling the duty of care for tools provided
• Compliance with HSE safety regulations
• Various team tasks
• Responsibility for and implementation of training in plant and coating technology for operators and batch personnel
• Professional processing of coating orders
• Care and maintenance of systems and fixtures
• Keeping the logs
• Booking batches in the IT system
• Procurement of operating resources
• Ensuring the operational safety of the systems through preventative measures

Your profile

• English: Full professional working proficiency
• Technical qualification or technical education (knowledge and experience in domain of electronics and mechanics is a must)
• Basic knowledge of vacuum and coating technologies is an advantage
• Knowledge of toolmaking and tooling processes is an advantage
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office and other relevant software)
• Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility and accountability
• Team-oriented thinking and a strong understanding of business principles
• Readiness to participate in technical training programs abroad to support professional growth and technical expertise.
