SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Basic responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software (C/C++) for real-time and hardware-near systems, from concept to production;
• Contribute to platform architecture, system design, and technical decision-making across the development lifecycle;
• Develop and optimize high-performance applications, including inter-process and inter-core communication on complex hardware platforms;
• Integrate embedded software with cloud/backend systems and support IoT connectivity layers;
• Build and maintain development environments, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks;
• Perform system integration, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization in real-world environments;
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, standards, and best engineering practices;
• Collaborate closely with hardware, system, and software teams across different domains and projects;
• Create and maintain technical documentation (design specs, integration reports, test protocols);
• Apply and promote AI-assisted development tools in daily work (code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation).

Required conditions and experience:

• Strong experience in software development, with a focus on embedded and/or real-time systems;
• Advanced proficiency in C/C++; experience with C#/.NET is a strong advantage;
• Solid understanding of system architecture, hardware-software interaction, and integration processes;
• Experience with Linux environments, Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows;
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to apply them effectively in engineering workflows;
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex systems and legacy codebases;
• Experience in debugging, performance optimization, and system-level testing;
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership.
