Senior Technical Support Representative
The Senior Technical Support Representative is responsible for providing phone and e-mail based support/training to our client base. The Representative researches and answers client questions, provides troubleshooting support and helps customers with their adoption of our product suite.
Description of Duties:
- Provide support to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps
- Report and detail system issues and problems to the product development team
- Provide support and training for new clients to ensure a seamless transition to the platform
- Maintain current knowledge of the entire product suite
- Maintain and update client reference guides
- Provide assistance and guidance for a payment service solution
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience or familiarity with web-based technologies; ability to quickly learn product specifics
- Proven ability to solve customer issues through thorough investigation
- Demonstrated skills in building strong customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Experience related to e-banking, payment processing solutions and credit card processing fees
Please note:
- Work can be performed remotely
- Candidates must be able to work 5 weekly 8-hour shifts between hours of 2pm-2am Belgrade time, including weekends
