We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer who enjoys solving complex business problems and turning them into intuitive, elegant user experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that great UX is much more than beautiful screens—it is about understanding users, simplifying complex workflows, and creating products people genuinely enjoy using.

What You'll Do

Lead the design process from discovery to final implementation.
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews and workflow analysis.
Design user journeys, information architecture and interaction flows.
Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI concepts.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and developers.
Design complex enterprise workflows for banking and financial applications.
Validate solutions through usability testing and continuous feedback.
Ensure consistency across products by contributing to and evolving our design system.
Present and explain design decisions to clients and internal teams.
Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and problem solving.
Excellent knowledge of Figma.
Experience designing complex web UXapplications rather than marketing websites.
Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility and responsive design.
Ability to simplify complex business processes into intuitive user experiences.
Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and design systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to facilitate workshops with business stakeholders.
Fluent English.

Nice to Have

Experience designing banking, fintech, insurance or ERP applications.
Experience working with enterprise software and B2B platforms.
Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies.
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints.
Experience using AI-powered design tools (ChatGPT, Figma AI, Uizard, Galileo AI, Lovable or similar) to accelerate ideation, prototyping and UX research.
