We are currently seeking an experienced SEO/AEO/GEO Specialist to join our team in support of our US-based partner company. Our partner company is a creative production and AI Visibility studio helping brands communicate complex ideas through engaging digital experiences and premium content.
As a SEO/AEO/GEO Specialist, you will help our partner company execute across a growing roster of client accounts. This is a hands-on role: you will be in the accounts every day, running audits, building content briefs, tracking citations, and reporting on what's working.
Responsibilities:
- Run technical and content SEO audits across multiple client sites;
- Build and execute AEO/GEO strategies designed to get clients cited in AI-generated answers;
- Track brand visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, and report on movement;
- Build content briefs and optimization recommendations that our content and video teams can execute against;
- Own schema markup, entity optimization, and structured data implementation;
- Manage GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and Semrush setup and reporting for client accounts;
- Keep clean documentation and status across every account you touch, so nothing slips;
- Support client calls with clear reporting and plain-English explanations of what changed and why.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally agency-side or managing more than one brand at a time;
- Real working knowledge of technical SEO: crawlability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, schema;
- Genuine curiosity about AEO and GEO. You don't need five years of experience in a discipline that's two years old, but you should already be experimenting, reading, and forming opinions;
- Comfortable in GA4, GTM, Search Console, and at least one enterprise SEO platform (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog);
- Strong writer. You can turn a data set into a recommendation a client understands;
- Organized enough to run five to eight accounts at once without dropping threads;
- You move fast, ask good questions, and don't need someone standing over your shoulder.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or HubSpot CMS;
- You've built or contributed to a reporting dashboard people actually read;
- You've worked alongside video, animation, or creative teams;
- You have a point of view on how AI search is changing the funnel.
We offer:
- Full-time, remote work;
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, starting between 11am CET and 3pm CET;
- Private Health Insurance from day 1;
- Timely and organized performance reviews.
If this seems like the right job for you, we invite you to submit your resume in English. Please keep in mind that resumes in other languages might not be considered.
