The role

You'll own our new product ClickTerm — clickwrap software for capturing legally enforceable online consent. Every channel is yours to run, from SEO to paid to email, alongside our Lead Marketing Manager, with AI as your leverage across the full funnel.

  1. SEO
    Strategy, content, technical SEO and AI search
    Run keyword research, build a content plan tied to business goals, and write and edit blog posts, landing pages and product pages yourself. Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, image alt text and internal links. Run technical audits and fix page speed, mobile issues, crawlability, indexing and schema/structured data. Earn quality backlinks, build our presence on Reddit and niche communities, and get content cited in AI Overviews and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. Improve layouts, copy and CTAs to turn more traffic into signups.
  2. Paid traffic
    Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns
    Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, including search, display, social and retargeting. Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives and offers, and scale the winners.
  3. AI & Automation
    Build smarter workflows with AI
    Use AI across research, content, creative work, analysis and reporting. Build your own automations and workflows to reduce manual work using no-code tools such as n8n and Zapier, plus light scripting where needed.
  4. Analytics
    Own tracking, dashboards and performance reporting
    Set up and manage GA4, events, UTMs and conversion tracking. Build clear dashboards and report on channel performance to support data-driven decisions.
Key requirements
  • 3+ years in growth, digital or performance marketingReal hands-on experience across SEO, paid, content, social, email and CRO.
  • SEO & CRO know-howOn-page, technical and content SEO, plus improving pages to convert more traffic into signups.
  • Paid media experienceAbility to run and optimize Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns against CAC, ROAS and CPA.
  • AI is already core to how you workFluent use of AI for research, creation, editing, analysis and automation. Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
  • Strong written EnglishClear, simple copy that also translates well across markets.
  • Startup-ready, owner mindsetYou ship fast, set your own priorities and don't wait for a brief.
