Workster is partnering with a leading European BPO to recruit an enthusiastic Serbian-speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist for its growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this role, you'll help create a safer online environment by reviewing and moderating content for a major international digital platform while working alongside colleagues from all over the world.

This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and requires relocation. Candidates must hold EU/Schengen citizenship or a valid Bulgarian work permit. To make your move as smooth as possible, a comprehensive relocation package is available for eligible candidates relocating from outside Bulgaria.

Your Role

Review user-generated back-office information to ensure compliance with established policies
Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks
Stay updated on internal policies to ensure accurate implementation
Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks

Your Qualifications

Fluent in Serbian (C1)
B2 or higher English language skill
Eligibility to work in Bulgaria (work permit, EU / Shengen citizenship etc.)
Knowledge of pop culture, global events, and culture of the market(s) you are serving
High attention to detail
Ability to defend decisions and provide context in thought process
Ability to identify patterns in behavior that can be leveraged for improved decision-making
Strong organizational and time management skills to deal with shifting priorities and high volumes of work
Experience investigating fraud, spam, or other types of inappropriate information is an asset
