Service Engineer

Hairui Machinery, which is part of the Haitian group, is a renowned company in the field of manufacturing gantry machining centers, horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes/turning centers, CNC vertical lathes and CNC horizontal milling and drilling machines.

We are starting with hiring in the production plant in Ruma and we are looking for motivated Service Engineer, to join our team.

Job description:

• Perform installation, commissioning and maintenance of CNC machine tools in accordance with the standards and procedures.
• Track and resolve after-sales service issues, including equipment failures, maintenance and replacement.
• Deliver customer service, understand customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Report equipment reliability and maintenance status to the management team on a regular basis, and put forward improvement suggestions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the maintenance and commissioning of CNC machine tools or mechanical equipment; prior service experience is preferred
• Proficient in the working principles and maintenance methods of mechanical and electrical equipment, with the ability to accurately diagnose and repair faults
• Problem-solving skills and be capable of working independently
• Be flexible to travel
• Proficiency in English is preferred
