The Service Operations Lead ensures seamless coordination between presales, service delivery and operational support within Netlogic and in collaboration with Yettel B2B.
Netlogic operates as an ICT Managed Services Provider (MSP) for Yettel, delivering advanced ICT services across cloud, cybersecurity, networking and managed infrastructure domains.
In this role, you will be at the core of building and scaling these services through structured and efficient operational processes.
This role acts as the central coordination layer between presales, service delivery and operational functions, ensuring:
- Timely and accurate preparation of inputs for commercial offers
- Structured and predictable service implementation
- Alignment between commercial commitments and delivery capabilities
- Continuous monitoring of service performance and operational KPIs
The role also leads a small support team (administration and procurement) and ensures efficient operational support across the business.

You will directly influence how ICT services are designed, delivered and scaled, and help shape a predictable and high-quality service model.
Your responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end coordination of presales activities by structuring inputs, aligning stakeholders and ensuring readiness of commercial proposals towards Yettel
- Ensure accurate and standardized offer preparation through cost structuring, consistency and validation of delivery feasibility
- Translate commercial wins into executable implementation plans in close coordination with Service Delivery Manager, ensuring alignment of resources and timelines
- Drive operational coordination between commercial and delivery teams by managing priorities, dependencies and resolving execution bottlenecks
- Monitor and improve service performance (KPI, SLA, QoS) through structured tracking, reporting and initiation of corrective actions
- Oversee procurement and vendor coordination to ensure optimal pricing, availability of components and visibility over service building blocks
- Support cost control and service profitability by tracking key cost drivers and improving cost transparency
- Lead and develop the support team (administration and procurement) ensuring efficient enablement of commercial and delivery processes
For a good start, you will need:
- University degree, preferably in business, IT, telecommunications or related field
- 5+ years of experience in ICT, telecom or IT industry, in roles such as service delivery, operations, presales support, project or service coordination
- Strong understanding of ICT domains (Cloud, Cyber Security, Networking, Managed Services; AI/Data is a plus)
- Experience working in complex B2B ICT service environments
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams (commercial, technical, operations)
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive mindset, ownership and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- Fluency in English
