Who We Are

Field Support Center is a global organization of over a thousand people dedicated to supporting and planning all our field service activities, including repair, maintenance, and installation of new and existing equipment worldwide across various lines of business.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule field service activities for NCR Atleos technicians
• Communicate with customers, field engineers, and internal stakeholders regarding service requests
• Monitor and manage service calls to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
• Prioritize tasks and make real-time decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Analyze service situations and identify the most effective solutions
• Ensure all activities are accurately documented and updated in company systems
• Collaborate with international teams across different regions and time zones

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in English, German, or Turkish
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Previous customer service, coordination, dispatching, planning, or administrative experience is an advantage
