Your new role – challenging and future oriented
- Planning and conducting the implementation of services from concept phase to market entry
- Preparation of customer contact database, its construction and maintenance
- Providing advice in the field of strategic and tactical planning of sales activities
- Ensuring proper technical fulfillment of the contracts and orders with customer orientation
- Analyzing and processing the relevant market in order to build a sales network including the analysis of strategic risk
- Conducting presentations of Business Unit products and services
- Participation in negotiations with customers and preparation of contracts
- Providing concepts for and implementation of new services in terms of order, service delivery, consulting and training purposes, such as tools, hardware equipment, contractual documents and supporting material
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
- University degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service within medium voltage or low voltage systems preferable
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of English, both written and verbal
- Able to easily build and maintain strategic networks and partnerships
- Advanced decision making and execution skills
- Result driven person with strong customer focus
