KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists Store Manager to organize the work of employees in the store on a daily basis
• Together with Store Manager keeps records of employees' working hours in a store and timely delivers data to responsible persons in Company
• Assists Store Manager in recruiting, training, motivating and mentoring sales staff
• Monitors monthly sales plan realization and actively implements all planned activities in cooperation with the brand’s Regional Sales Manager and Store Manager to achieve defined sales targets
• Assists Store Manager to maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Actively implements and supervises realization of all procedures, processes, codes and standards defined by the Employer and monitors compliance within the store that he/she is managing in the Store Manager’s absence
• Responsible for achieving and maintaining the highest standards of customer service
• Together with the Store Manager takes responsibility for all inventory lists.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• High school education
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in the textile industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven achievement skills in the team leader role
• Excellent organizational skills (ability to setting goals and prioritizing tasks)
• English language proficiency
• Advance knowledge of MS office
