Electromechanical - a differentiated supplier of automation and precision motion control solutions, and highly engineered electrical interconnects, specialty metals and thermal management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive materials from suppliers and ship materials to customers, ensuring compliance with all regulations and international trade guidelines
- Receive materials and visually inspect for damage. Unpack materials, verify count, and enter data into the Exact system
- Store materials in the proper location for use in production or to fulfill customer orders. Rearrange and organize materials to minimize floor space requirements and walk time
- Pull materials according to production orders, pack, and ship to customers. Generate shipping documents for Serbia to Germany sales orders, and process RMAs/recalibration orders for USA and international customers
- Receive returned materials from customers and process them through the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process
- Perform cycle counts as required to ensure inventory accuracy
- Actively participate in lean projects related to material management to improve efficiency
- Send shipping confirmations for Aftermarket and recalibration orders. Enter and prepare shipping orders for USA and international customers
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in operating computers and software, including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills to identify basic problems, collect relevant data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Familiarity with material handling equipment and ability to drive a fork lift, pallet jack, and other equipment is preferred.
- Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good judgment and responsible use
- Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities where AI can drive meaningful impact in daily activities
