Short Form Content Creator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and motivated people to join our remote team and help us create high-performing short-form content for social media platforms.

You will be responsible for editing and scaling video content using CapCut, while leveraging AI tools to duplicate, adapt, and optimize content production. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, curious, and eager to improve every day.

No previous professional experience is required — we are looking for potential, motivation, creativity, and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) using CapCut.
• Create engaging and attention-grabbing content based on provided guidelines.
• Use AI tools to replicate and scale successful content formats.
• Apply feedback from the creative team and continuously improve your work.
• Bring new ideas and creative suggestions to improve content performance.
• Track results and optimize videos based on performance data (clicks, engagement, conversions).
• Consistently deliver weekly video production targets.

Requirements

• Strong creative mindset and interest in social media content.
• Ability to listen to feedback and adapt quickly.
• Motivation to learn and improve continuously.
• Comfortable working with new technologies and AI tools.
• Good English communication skills (mandatory).
• Ability to work full-time remotely.
• Experience with video editing is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:
