We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the execution photovoltaic projects across Serbia. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating on-site construction activities, ensuring the highest quality standards, maintaining project schedules, and supervising contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities carried out by contractors and subcontractors on site.
Ensure compliance with project documentation, technical specifications, applicable regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate subcontractors and oversee the execution of assigned works.
Monitor project progress against the contractual schedule and ensure timely achievement of key milestones.
Enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and promote a strong safety culture on site.
Cooperate closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement and other technical teams.
Participate in site inspections, acceptance procedures and project handovers.
Prepare as-built documentation, technical reports and progress reports for clients.
Cooperate with Investor Supervision Inspectors and represent the investor before relevant administrative authorities.
Support the selection and technical evaluation of subcontractors, suppliers and key project components.
Verify construction costs and monitor budget deviations during project execution.
Conduct on-site assessments of plots and rooftops to identify technical risks and opportunities for optimizing PV system layouts.

Our Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Site Manager delivering utility-scale photovoltaic projects.
Hands-on experience in the execution of PV projects with a capacity of at least 1 MW.
Good knowledge of construction regulations, technical standards and HSE requirements applicable to construction sites.
Practical knowledge of ground-mounted and rooftop photovoltaic systems.
Valid construction or electrical engineering license.
Experience in the power or renewable energy sector.
Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Willingness to travel frequently within Poland.
Valid Category B driving licence.
