We are seeking a creative and independent Social Media Coordinator to join our team and support our partner company, Digital Style House. Digital Style House is a leading social media marketing agency headquartered in Los Angeles and ranked on the Inc. 5000 list. The company specializes in social media management, content production, paid advertising, and conversion-focused web design for direct-to-consumer and lifestyle brands. Having managed more than 1,100 campaigns, it currently serves over 100 active clients across the beauty, wellness, home, fashion, and lifestyle industries.

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to build engaging content calendars, create social-first content (copy, graphics, and videos), and manage day-to-day social media execution across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies for up to 8 high-profile clients simultaneously
  • Build and manage full social media content calendars from scratch
  • Create, schedule, and optimize content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn
  • Produce engaging visuals (graphics and images) and edit short-form videos (Reels and TikToks) aligned with client brand identities
  • Write compelling copy, including captions and strategic hashtag usage
  • Manage community engagement and foster meaningful interactions with followers
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and provide clients with fresh content ideas and innovative strategies
  • Collaborate closely with Account Directors and internal teams
  • Support reporting and performance tracking when needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation; agency experience is preferred
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, especially Instagram and TikTok
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for visually appealing content
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Canva, Capcut, and similar content creation tools
  • Graphic design and video editing experience – plus
