Social Media Manager (Content Distribution & Growth)

We are seeking a highly organized, commercially minded Social Media Manager (Content Distribution & Growth) to join our team and support our US-based partner company. Our partner company runs an omnimedia platform that  delivers high-quality health and wellness content across multiple forms and channels, ensuring a worldwide reach to the masses.

As a Social Media Manager, you will own content distribution and growth across a large, multi-brand social ecosystem spanning health, wellness, entertainment, and expert-led media. You will manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other social platforms for multiple brands.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end distribution of 20-30 finished content assets per day across multiple social platforms and accounts
• Adapt captions, hooks, tags, links, disclaimers, and formats for each platform and audience
• Manage publishing schedules, platform limits, account health, and content backlogs without compromising quality or compliance
• Build and execute cross-account and cross-brand amplification strategies to maximize the value of every piece of content
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, traffic, audience growth, and advertiser visibility
• Manage comments, DMs, collaboration requests, and inbound opportunities, escalating commercial leads appropriately
• Develop and maintain relationships with creators, clinicians, founders, podcasters, experts, and other relevant partners
• Support the growth of an expert-led channel network through strategic amplification and collaboration
• Ensure accurate tagging, appropriate health disclaimers, and adherence to platform requirements
• Monitor account health, restrictions, reach anomalies, and platform changes, escalating issues quickly
• Maintain content calendars, distribution trackers, collaboration records, and performance reports
• Use AI and automation tools to improve caption creation, repurposing, workflow efficiency, and distribution, with human review before publishing
• Run and document ongoing content and distribution experiments to identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, content distribution, audience growth, or a similar role
• Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts and platforms at scale
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other major platforms, including their publishing limitations and best practices
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create platform-specific hooks, captions, CTAs, and variations
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around tagging, links, disclaimers, account selection, and publishing accuracy
• Experience with content repurposing, scheduling, cross-posting, and social media workflows
• Strong understanding of social growth, engagement, audience development, and content performance metrics
• Comfortable managing high-volume workflows while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands and workstreams simultaneously
• Experience with creator/influencer outreach, partnerships, community management, or relationship building is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in the health, wellness, media, or expert-led content space; familiarity with health-content compliance is a plus
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify advertiser, partnership, and collaboration opportunities
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and accountable, with a strong ownership mentality
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and scale
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills
