Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy from scratch;
• Build and maintain social media profiles for the company and group;
• Create, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms;
• Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports;
• Respond to user comments and direct messages, handle customer care questions, and build positive brand loyalty;
• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation (experience building a social media presence from scratch is a strong plus);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Creative mindset and ability to create engaging content independently;
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics;
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently;
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
