Social Media Manager

Wise Wheeler is a US-based logistics company expanding its operational team in Pančevo.

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, combining creative content creation with data-driven execution. 

Job Description:

• Content creation targeting truck drivers, as well as freight brokers and direct clients in the US
• Building a strong employer brand by highlighting our culture and workplace values 
• Monthly content calendars, copywriting, Canva design, and editing short-form video content (Reels / TikTok)
• Tracking trends, competitor analysis, and monitoring key metrics (KPIs) with monthly reporting
• Close collaboration with other departments within the company

Your Profile:

• 1–2 years of experience in managing and growing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Previous experience in the trucking industry is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Canva, with a focus on aesthetics, visual consistency, and brand identity
• Strong organizational skills, structured work ethic, and a systematic approach to planning and scheduling posts
• Advanced level of written and spoken English for the US market
• Proactive work approach, independence in decision-making, and the ability to propose innovative solutions
