About the Role

XOA is a creator agency managing Instagram accounts for content creators. As a Social Media Manager (Posting), you run the day-to-day operation of 2–3 Instagram accounts for one of our creators.

This is not a content-creation role. The videos are produced by our editors; your manager selects them and sends them to you ready to post. Your job is to execute the daily posting routine reliably, keep accounts healthy, and drive engagement in the comments. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and can follow a clear process precisely every single day, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Post Reels at fixed daily times (two per day, German time) and repost each one to Stories right after

• Post Stories and Feed Posts according to the daily playbook
• Reply to comments strategically, using the creator's Comment Reply Library, to keep conversations going and boost reach
• Run a daily account status check every morning, screenshot both Instagram restriction layers and report into the team channel
• Flag problems immediately, flagged videos, restrictions, bans, login issues
• Warm up new accounts following our standard warmup process before posting begins
• You will not create content, write captions, or handle DMs.

What We're Looking For

• Reliability above all. You show up daily and hit the posting schedule, including on weekends. This is a routine job and consistency is everything.
• Precision. You follow instructions exactly — captions, hashtags and videos are posted as received, never "improved" or changed.
• Attention to detail. You notice when something looks off and ask before acting, rather than guessing.
• Good written English and a natural, casual tone for comment replies (lowercase-friendly, never corporate).
• Calm under pressure. When an account gets restricted or banned, you follow the escalation process instead of panicking or acting on your own.
• Discretion. You handle account logins and access responsibly and keep them secure.
• A stable device and reliable internet connection.
• Prior experience with Instagram or social media management is a plus, but not required, we train you on everything. Mindset and dependability matter more than experience.

Working Hours & Setup

• The posting schedule follows German time (first Reel ~14:30, second ~16:30 DE time). You adjust to these times regardless of your local timezone, please make sure this works for you before applying.
• A short morning routine (account status check ~07:30 DE time) is part of the daily job.
• 100 % remote. Tools you'll use: Instagram, Telegram and Notion.
• Around 1-3 hours per day, with general availability over Telegram
