We're looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist who will become a part of our Employer Branding team. This is an in-house position, so we’re looking for someone who likes to work in the office, and participate in various company events.

We are focused on creating products that are used by millions around the world. Some of our products include Clockify (time tracking app), Pumble (team chat app), and Plaky (project management app).

Clockify is the world's #1 time tracker, used by millions of people, from individuals to big companies like Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, American Express, Amazon, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the official COING Adria pages
  • Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages user activity
  • Optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
  • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries promptly
  • Monthly updates on the progress of social media initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Design and Media production team and contribute content ideas
  • Stay up to date on best current practices across different social media
  • Assist in planning for and managing employer branding events
  • Participating in team-building activities
  • Participating in in-house workshops and different gatherings
  • Work with the Human capital team to promote company values
  • Stay up to date on best employer branding practices
  • Working from the office in Novi Sad

Requirements

  • Proven working experience (minimum 1 year) in Social Media Marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
  • Excellent writing, editing (text), presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong storytelling and advocacy skills
  • Ability to forge relationships across the business
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Fluent in Ex-Yu languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin)

Nice to have

  • Experience in making reels, short video content
  • Experience in photography
  • Experience in the SaaS industry
  • Experience in the employer branding activities
  • Experience in working for in-house teams
