Software Integration Engineer (m/f)

City: Belgrade, Novi Sad

Key responsibilities:

• Design integration architecture and workflows to connect various systems and applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes.
• Implement integration solutions and ensure their smooth deployment.
• Monitor existing integrations by promptly identifying and resolving issues, while regularly updating and enhancing solutions.
• Work closely with software developers, system administrators, and business analysts to understand integration requirements.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party systems and services.
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and cases for integration projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs identified during testing.
• Propose and implement improvements to integration processes and methodologies.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in integration teams for the development of business software solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration architectures, APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Understanding of any programming languages (C#, .Net, etc.) and API standards (e.g., XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, SQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, AWS API Gateway).
• Working experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Postman etc.c.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
