Software Support Specialist

We are looking to hire new colleagues who would join our Price2Spy Customer Relations Team.

Responsibilities:

• Everyday communication with B2B clients in English (mostly emails, but also online meetings, and occasionally phone calls and live chat) , answering potential questions that clients might ask, explaining the functionality of Price2Spy service
• Providing clients with additional account-related services and support (account setup preparation, troubleshooting, preparing commercial offers and so on...)
• Intensive interaction and communication with other teams, internal process control (forwarding potential issues and progress updates from clients to operations team and vice versa, reporting potential bugs etc.)
• Advising best solutions/preparing commercial offers to trial clients as part our sales process
• Responding and reacting to the issues reported by clients
• Working in a fast-paced environment of young professionals

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in the Humanities
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English – mandatory
• Fluency in German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish or Arabic is a plus
• Experience working in a SaaS environment is a strong plus
• Great organizational and presentation skills
• Ability to handle various tasks in dynamic surroundings - multitasking
• Being diligent and detail-oriented
• Being a quick learner – fast thinking and acting
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to prioritize activities in a self-motivated manner in work overload situations
• Excellent computer skills
