Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for active and pipeline roles globally
• Identify and engage passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and talent communities
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, talent profiles, and market dynamics
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key skill sets and recurring roles
• Conduct initial outreach, screening, and qualification of candidates against defined criteria (skills, experience, and cultural fit)
• Track and manage candidate activity within SuccessFactors applicant tracking system
• Provide market intelligence and analytics (talent availability, compensation trends, competitor activity) to inform recruiting strategies

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in a global or multi-region environment
• Proven success sourcing for professional, technical, or leadership roles
• Experience sourcing across both U.S. and European talent markets preferred
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS systems)
• Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across geographies
• Strong English language skills
• Strong research and talent mapping capabilities
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities
• Data-driven mindset with focus on pipeline quality and conversion
• Quality and diversity of candidate pipelines
• Time-to-slate (speed of delivering qualified candidates)
• Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good judgment and responsible use
