We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Spa Therapist to join our Spa team. If you take pride in exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service, we invite you to become part of our distinguished team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver professional massage and body treatments in accordance with established standards and procedures;
- Ensure a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing experience for all guests;
- Assess guests’ needs and provide appropriate treatment recommendations;
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and hygienic condition;
- Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience;
- Adhere to scheduled appointment times and maintain an efficient daily workflow;
- Build positive relationships with guests through attentive and personalized service;
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times;
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Preferred qualifications
Education: High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
Language Preference: Fluency in Serbian and English
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience
