Until this investment, economic activity was based exclusively on the local Chinese market, however, the planned investment represents the expansion of production with the goal of conquering new markets. Due to the increase in the volume of business, we are in search for the following position: Specialist for material planning.

Job description:

• Planning needed direct materials for the next period
• Sending the orders to the suppliers
• Following orders and receipt quantities 
• Forecast monitoring and order matching
• Communication with suppliers     
• Following and controlling the stock of direct materials
• Following transit of direct materials
• Using the computer system, entering received materials, printing labels for them, taking data from system for analyses…
• Maintaining inventory schedules
• Coordinating with internal departments
• Managing external stakeholder relations
• Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.
• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
• Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.
• Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
• Prepares reports and forwards them to the immediate manager
