We are looking for a Stock Operator to join our dynamic team in Beograd! Be part of a fast-moving environment where you’ll handle goods, prepare products for delivery, and keep our warehouse running smoothly — all while working with supportive colleagues and modern equipment.

Stock Operator tasks

• Handling goods – restocking inventory, receiving goods from the warehouse for customer deliveries, collecting products, and packing goods
• Using proper equipment safely and efficiently to minimize damage to inventory and equipment, while keeping the workspace clean and organized
• Collaborating with colleagues to restock appropriate products so that items are ready for dispatch
• Proactively maintaining safety and security within assigned areas of responsibility
• Working together with colleagues to improve the overall work experience (to enhance and streamline daily tasks)
• Carrying out assigned tasks, daily routines, and procedures, including the use of scanners in operations

 The candidate must also have:

• English language – communicative level in speaking and writing
• Previous experience or knowledge related to ophthalmic lenses and optical equipment (not an advantage)
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, and Outlook)
• Customer service skills, motivation, and proactive work attitude
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Initiative-taking
• Teamwork
• Discipline and a flexible approach to work
• Ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail and neatness
