Store Layout Designer

Job Requirements  

• Strong understanding of building materials, systems, and construction techniques 
• Ability to understand and convert conceptual designs into technical drawings  
• Understand and apply brand standards for various retailers to layout designs 
• Adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards in all designs  
• Preparation and co-ordination of detailed design for 2D store layouts, including floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations & sections 
• Convert 2D retail designs into 3D models 
• Collaborate with other areas of the business as required (Fixtures, production, projects & maintenance)

Software & Qualifications 

• Proficient with AutoCAD  - 2D 
• Proficient with Sketchup & V-Ray - 3D (or other 3D modelling & rendering software) 
• Revit proficiency would be desirable 
• Photoshop experience would be desirable  
• Fully proficient with Microsoft Office  
• Relevant degree within Architecture
