Key Responsibilities:

• Independent supervision of the assigned product group spectrum;
• Development and implementation of procurement strategies as well as active risk management;
• Selection, adjustment and further development of the supplier portfolio;
• Execution of procurement market analyses;
• Execution of inquiries/tenders and evaluation of offers under TCO aspects;
• Negotiating and concluding contracts (including price negotiations);
• Participation in interdisciplinary project teams;
• Carrying out technical and global commercial coordination and clarification in the area of responsibility.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
• Willingness to travel, negotiation skills, ability to work in a team and good technical understanding;
• Strong communication skills;
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
• Structured and self-motivated way of working;
• Completed technical or business studies/training with relevant experience for the area of responsibility is an advantage;
• Experience in the areas of purchasing or sales would be a plus;
• SAP user knowledge;
• Confident use of common MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good judgment and responsible use;
• Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities where AI can drive meaningful impact in daily activities.
