Our client, a globally recognized company, is seeking an experienced Strategy & Transformation Manager.

Purpose of the role:

Plays a key role in shaping and deploying the Global Supply Chain strategy, strategic initiatives and platforms, and strategic communication. This position is responsible for developing clear, concise presentations and decision papers for senior leadership and board-level meetings, while championing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the function. 

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze complex data from multiple sources into clear, high-impact presentations and decision papers for senior leadership and Board-level forums
• Deliver clear, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to accelerate GSC transformation
• Act as a key contributor to selected strategic platforms or processes
• Drive progress on strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
• Collaborate within GSC as well as across SCB functions to align on strategic priorities and ensure end-to-end perspectives
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform supply chain strategies
• Maintain structured documentation, knowledge assets, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in all reports and presentations
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for capability building, simplification, and value creation
• Responsible for the successful development and execution of global supply chain strategy GSCignite and related initiatives
• Responsible for maintaining alignment between supply chain activities
• Stakeholder Communication and Engagement within GSC and cross functional
• Collaborate with the product Creation & digital to integrate technology-driven solutions into the supply chain strategy
• Work with Controlling to align supply chain initiatives with financial goals and budgetary constraints

Requirements:

• Mastery of project/program management practices and strategic frameworks; leadership of large-scale business change programs; deep understanding of SCB cross-functional processes
• Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management
• 5-8 years years experience in project/program management, strategy development
