This role focuses on monitoring table activity, managing real-time operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with procedures and performance standards. We’re looking for a Pit Boss to oversee live table operations, ensuring smooth game flow, high standards of professionalism, and compliance across all tables.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Monitor a group of tables and ensure smooth, uninterrupted gameplay
Make sure all internal procedures, guidelines, and security standards are followed
Respond to escalations, game irregularities, and operational issues
You act quickly: Manage emergencies and technical malfunctions in real time
Work closely with Team Managers, Risk & Fraud, Technical Support, and Customer Service
You ensure performance: Make sure shift KPIs are achieved and work is done according to standards

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT:

Understanding of iGaming or similar environments
Fluent English (B2/C1); additional languages are a plus
Strong attention to detail and high sense of responsibility
Able to make fast, well-balanced decisions
Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
You’re tech-comfortable: MS Office required
You are flexible: Ready to work full-time in our 24/7 three-shift system
Nice to have: Experience with Jira, Confluence, broadcasting/media, video monitoring systems
