Supplier Quality Engineer

We are looking for a motivated candidate to become a part of our Quality team, on the position of:

Supplier Quality Engineer

Reporting to the Quality Manager, Quality Control Engineer's main responsibility is making sure that engineering and manufacturing processes are performed within company standards, using the right tools, materials and processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality performance and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
• Perform incoming inspection and verification of purchased components against drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Lead supplier quality issue resolution, including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate PPAP activities and the approval process for new and modified components.
• Conduct supplier and internal quality audits.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and dimensional inspections when required.
• Support production in the investigation of internal quality issues.
• Participate in customer complaint investigations and 8D activities.
• Review and maintain quality documentation and records.
• Support training activities related to quality requirements and procedures.
• Conduct internal process and product audits in accordance with company procedures and quality management standards.

Requirements:

• University degree in job - related field (Technical or Engineering Sciences)
• Previous experience in similar role (minimum 1 year)
• Possess strong quality engineering skills
• Ideal candidate is self-motivated and eager to learn
• Good decision making skills
• Dedicated to quality and safety
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge about FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, SPC, MSA,

Risk Management

• Knowledge of basic problem solving process, 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, Pareto
