Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join our team and support the smooth flow of materials and continuity of production.

In this role, you will work closely with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring the right materials are available at the right time, while maintaining efficient inventory levels and supporting overall supply chain performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement Planning

• Monitor stocks of raw materials, packaging materials and semi-finished products.
• Create and continuously update procurement plans in line with the production schedule (MPS/MRP).
• Monitor material availability and identify potential supply risks.

Supplier Management

• Communicate with Direct and Indirect Procurement suppliers on a daily basis.
• Negotiate prices, quantities, delivery dates and commercial conditions.
• Monitor open purchase orders and proactively resolve delivery discrepancies.

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with Production, Quality and Warehouse teams.
• Ensure continuity of production while avoiding excessive inventory.
• Coordinate material requirements and address potential shortages in a timely manner.

KPI Monitoring

• Monitor inventory levels and stock availability.
• Track OTD (On-Time Delivery) and stock-outs.
• Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses for management.

ERP & Administration

• Create and manage PR/POs in the ERP system.
• Register new suppliers and maintain accurate supplier data.
• Update and maintain relevant information in the ERP system.
• Prepare and monitor supplier invoices and payment status.
• Review supplier contracts and related documentation.
• Prepare reports and analyses for management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within Procurement, Planning or Supply Chain.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred; experience in the automotive industry or a related sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience working with an ERP system, such as KingDee, SAP or Ariba.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic formulas.
• Fluent English – required for daily communication with international suppliers and customers, email correspondence, technical documentation and contract review.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge or experience with automotive standards and tools:
• IATF 16949 | PPAP | APQP | FMEA
• Knowledge of these standards is an advantage, but not a requirement. We are open to candidates who are motivated and willing to learn.
