Supply Chain Specialist - Procurement & Logistics

Our client, ebs electronics d.o.o, is the newly established manufacturing entity of the Austrian-based ebs group in Niš. The Group specializes in engineering, battery and electronics systems, as well as energy and service solutions for industries including renewable energy, automotive, MedTech, and industrial systems. As part of its growth in Serbia, the company is now building its local supply chain organization.

The position brings together procurement, logistics, customs, and finance interfaces, making you the central point of coordination between suppliers, freight forwarders, production, accounting, and sales. To support this growth, Adecco is seeking a versatile and hands-on professional to take a key role in the newly established supply chain function as a Supply Chain Specialist - Procurement & Logistics.

These are your challenges:

• Managing the full purchase order cycle in our ERP system: from quotation to order to delivery, including framework agreements and delivery date tracking
• Steering procurement for our series production: planning batches, converting customer call-offs into orders, and coordinating delivery schedules with our partners
• Organizing international shipments: preparing shipping and customs documentation for cross-border trade between Serbia and the EU
• Selecting freight forwarders, negotiating conditions, and keeping transport costs under control
• Ensuring clean data: monitoring goods movements in the ERP, verifying incoming invoices, and assigning costs to the right projects
• Handling complaints and returns together with our quality management, from root cause to resolution
• Supporting sales with procurement figures and project status reports
• Shaping the processes you work with at a new site; you don't just follow procedures, you help create them

What you bring with you:

• Experience in procurement, order processing, logistics, or supply chain in a manufacturing environment, generalists who enjoy connecting the dots are exactly who we're looking for
• A good feel for clean data and accurate bookings
• Working knowledge of export and customs procedures is a plus, or the willingness to learn them quickly
• Negotiation skills and persistence to follow up until things are resolved
• Confident use of MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Fluent written and spoken English and / or German
• A structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented way of working
