Supply Chain Specialist

WHO WE ARE

The End of Line (TEOL) is a B2B distributor of packaging and palletizing materials and equipment, operating on the market since 2007. We operate in Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia & Herzegovina with a team of 27 employees.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Business Operations, Supply Chain team.

THE ROLE

You will take over the overseas and EU supply of our products and the movement of goods between our three companies, including customs procedures, and you will ensure that our health & safety and quality compliance requirements are met.

You will report directly to the General Manager.

This is a role for someone early in their career who wants to learn the full flow of goods from supplier to customer and grow with the company.

HOW YOU WILL WORK

• SAP Business One is where every order, receipt, and transfer is recorded. You will work in it every day.
• Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel) is where we collaborate and keep our documents.
• Claude (Anthropic) is our main AI platform. You will use it daily to prepare supplier communications, check documents, analyze orders and delivery data, prepare summaries, and build checklists and templates. It is part of the job, not an experiment, and we will show you how.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take over the supply of goods from overseas and EU suppliers: place purchase orders (POs), follow production and shipping, and keep delivery dates under control.
• Organize imports end to end: communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents, and prepare and check shipping and customs documents.
• Organize intra-company transfers of goods between our companies in Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia & Herzegovina, including customs procedures and the related documentation.
• Check that purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices match, and post goods receipts into SAP Business One accurately and on time.
• Maintain health & safety compliance and the supplier quality system on a day-to-day basis, together with our external consultants: maintain records, conduct supplier quality checks, prepare for audits, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Strengthen collaboration with current suppliers and search for and evaluate new ones.
• Use Claude daily and propose improvements to our purchasing and logistics processes that strengthen vendor relationships and lower the cost of doing business.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, import/logistics, or a similar role. Strong candidates with less experience will also be considered.
• A university degree in logistics, economics, engineering, or a related field is an asset.
• Understanding of import processes and shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, customs declaration, Incoterms) is an asset. We will teach you the rest.
• Experience with an ERP system (SAP Business One is an asset) and good command of Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Interest in AI and willingness to use it every day. Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with a polite and friendly manner, who takes ownership and meets deadlines.
• Fluent Serbian and very good English, both written and spoken, are required.
