For the needs of our “Čoka Rakita” Project department in the in the territory of the municipality of Žagubica, we are currently looking to recruit a candidate for the Surveyor position.

Role Purpose:

To provide land survey support to the site by ensuring accurate spatial positioning of constructed facilities in compliance with required standards, statutory requirements, and Environment, Health and Safety regulations.

Description of responsibilities:

• Supports field surveying activities for construction and project execution, including setting out boundaries and works on site;
• Carries out measurements, records survey data, and assists in the preparation of survey drawings and related technical documentation;
• Performs quantity surveys for contractor works to support verification of executed quantities and invoices;
• Assists in the preparation of survey documentation for permitting and construction purposes;
• Operates, maintains, and monitors surveying instruments and equipment, ensuring their proper use, storage, and technical condition;
• Maintains an orderly and safe work area and completes assigned tasks in line with project schedules and deadlines;

Requirements:

• Relevant technical education in Geodesy, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field;
• Relevant experience in land surveying, construction surveying, or site-based survey support;
• Ability to use surveying instruments and equipment and to record and process survey data accurately;
• Experience in preparing survey drawings and technical documentation is an advantage;
• Good understanding of construction layouts, boundaries, and quantity surveying;
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines;
• Commitment to safe work practices and proper equipment handling;
