System & Architecture Designer

We are looking for highly motivated employees to join the Tendering Sector for the following, newly defined position: System & Architecture Designer

Mandatory:

• 1+ years of working experience
• University degree (VII/VI degree)
• Knowledge of HW specification and 3rd party software (various types of servers, network devices, etc.)
• Use of MS Visio and Office tools
• Ability to work as part of a team (a strong team dedication is required)
• Advanced level in oral and written English
• Skilled in communication and influencing areas
• High-level creative thinking and the confidence to use it
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

Your Responsibilities:

• Commercial offers preparation in the specialist field (for example, computer equipment, 3rd party software, telecommunications, 3rd party services, etc.)
• Review of tender’s documents, mapping of commercial and technical requirements, preparation of technical responses
• Daily communication with Solution Architects from LoB (from the Solution Engineering Team)
• Regular communication with the Purchasing Department in accordance within defined procedures
• Work on HW and 3rd party SW design specification for the proposed architecture solution
• Technical and commercial documentation preparation for equipment and software in the specialist field
• Technical and commercial support during tendering process via email, telephone, Webex and on site
• Attending business meetings and communication with clients in the specialist area
