System Technical Lead
ZF is an innovation-driven company that develops volume production-ready products based on its own research and development efforts and thus invests in the future in a targeted way. We are currently expanding our R&D teams in Serbia and looking for a new colleagues who will join our team at our new location Novi Sad.
Your tasks:
- Technical management of complex projects in the field of electric mobility with focus on system development of electric drive systems (electric motor, transmission, inverter, functions & software)
- Responsibility for planning and reporting of the overall development scope from acquisition to customer release in the series project, including interdisciplinary customer meetings (development meetings)
- Cross-site management of the development project team (e.g., system design, functional scope, engineering, testing, software...) within a matrix structure and Contact person (m/f/d) regarding development project topics at the customer for technical coordination, customer consulting, specification evaluation, change & problem management, etc.
- Creation of concepts for the implementation of new or changed customer requirements; allocation of the system requirements to the subsystems and customer requirements (traceability requirements management) as well as further development and optimization of the electric drive system according to technical / commercial aspects
- Support in the definition and optimization of processes, methods and tools for granting the technical product release
Your profile:
- Completed Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable degree
- Experience in electric powertrain system development, ideally within the automotive industry
- Experience in project management would be beneficial
- Structured style of working combined with ability to handle stress and excellent communication skills
- Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English
