Key Responsibilities:

As a Systems Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks
• Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues
• Ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our IT environment
• Managing network servers and technology tools
• Setting up user accounts and workstations
• Performing system upgrades and implementing new technologies

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced professional who brings both technical expertise and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or a similar role
• Experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Hands-on experience with databases, LAN/WAN networks, and patch management
• Solid understanding of system security measures (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• The ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently
• A strong track record of diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English

Additional Information:

• This role follows Serbia working hours
• On-call duty is required one week every 8 weeks (including weekends and 4 overnight hours)
• A BSc/BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required
