Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f)

City: Belgrade

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment and selection processes, suggesting innovative approaches and exploring new employment channels.
  • Participate in designing and implementing employer branding and digital recruitment campaigns to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Propose, plan, and implement selection tests and assessment methods to enhance the selection process and ensure objective hiring decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on all recruitment and selection activities and ensure candidate databases are updated accurately and regularly.
  • Establish and maintain collaboration with employment agencies, student organizations, and other talent sourcing partners to expand our talent pipeline.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring efficiency.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding their application status and the outcome of the selection process, delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Design and facilitate effective interviews, assessments, and testing methodologies to evaluate candidates’ suitability for the roles.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree - preferably in Human Resources.
  • 3+ years of work experience in similar roles.
  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment trends, tools, and technologies, including ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and executing employer branding campaigns is a plus.
  • Knowledge of various candidate assessment methods and tools.
  • Driver's license category B, active driver.
  • English language - conversational level.
