Here, in Serbia, we are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Team Assistant to join our team, for a 1 year contract.
Role Overview
As a Team Assistant, you will support daily administrative and operational activities of the local organization. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple business areas, including Administration, Finance, Operations, HR and Procurement, within an international and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support to local teams (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Management).
- Assist in coordination of meetings, training and internal events.
- Provide ad-hoc and cross-functional support for internal projects and ongoing operational needs.
- Act as a central point of contact for office-related requests, internal colleagues and external partners.
- Organize, maintain and archive internal documentation (contracts, invoices, administrative records).
- Support office supplies and procurement activities, including ordering, inventory tracking and supplier communication.
- Assist with expense reimbursement and invoice handling, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Support basic reporting and data management (mainly Excel-based) and preparation of presentations.
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field);
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good command of English;
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and work in a structured manner;
- Accuracy, attention to detail and good organizational skills;
- Positive attitude, reliability and good communication skills.
