Your tasks 

• Provide day-to-day support across different teams 
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and internal events 
• Manage documentation, invoices, and internal records 
• Support procurement, office operations, and supplier communication 
• Assist with reporting and presentations (mainly Excel-based) 
• Contribute to ongoing projects and cross-functional initiatives

What We’re Looking For 

• It is suitable for student or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field) 
• Good command of English (mandatory) 
• Basic MS Office skills (Excel is a plus) 
• Curiosity and willingness to learn across different areas 
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills 
• Positive attitude, reliability, and openness to new experiences
