Our teams operate from Amsterdam and Novi Sad. As our Novi Sad team continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Team Lead – Yardi Consulting to lead the local team and work closely with our consultants, management and international clients.
Help grow our Novi Sad team
This is a hands-on management role.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and development of our Novi Sad consulting team, while remaining actively involved in complex client projects.
You’ll also become an important link between our teams in Novi Sad and Amsterdam and work directly with clients, primarily real estate companies in the Netherlands.
What you’ll do
- Lead, coach and develop the Novi Sad consulting team
- Coordinate priorities, capacity and work allocation
- Help recruit and onboard new consultants as the team grows
- Work closely with our Amsterdam team and management
- Lead and support complex Yardi projects and implementations
- Work on large-scale Yardi data migrations
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Design and develop Yardi reports using YSR and SQL
- Work with Yardi clients operating in different real estate sectors, like commercial, residential and student housing
- Advise clients on property management, asset management and leasing processes
- Develop reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and related technologies
- Work directly with client stakeholders and senior management
- Improve our internal processes and knowledge sharing
- Take ownership of projects from requirement to delivery
We’re looking for someone who…
- Has at least 5 years of relevant experience in real estate technology, Yardi consulting or Yardi-based real estate operations
- Has a relevant Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Data & Analytics or another quantitative field
- Has extensive hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager for both commercial and residential
- Understands property management, asset management and leasing processes
- Has significant experience with Yardi data migrations as well as developing Yardi Standard Reports (YSR) and SQL reports
- Has experience with Power BI, management reporting and DWH architecture
- Can translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Has experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Is professionally fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Enjoys taking ownership and developing other people
Professional fluency in Dutch is important for this position as the role involves direct interaction with our predominantly Dutch-speaking client base and stakeholders.
Bonus points if you have experience with
- Microsoft Fabric
- Python
- Power Query
- ETL/ELT processes
- Integrating Yardi with external reporting and analytics platforms
- AI-Agents
