Team Leader - EAD Substitution Team

Job title: Team Leader EAD Substitution Team - FTC (12 months)

Office location: Spanskih boraca, Belgrade - Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

About the role and the Team:

To successfully manage a team of substitution coordinators based in Belgrade, Serbia. The management role is to include both functional and line management. The mission will be to develop and lead the substitution Coordination team and to motivate the team to ensure continuous improvement to meet high Business targets. This will include establishing processes, systems and reporting.

What will you be doing?

Enhance reporting activities

• Develop timely, accurate and insightful reporting for the substitution team
  Ensure data needed for reporting iscorrect and up to date by ensuring the team produces data exception reports and ensure appropriate follow up is actioned

Team leadership

• Set clear objectives and expectations for each team member
• Delegate tasks for the team and ensure the team follows through with assigned tasks
• Report on the team's activities to the reporting manager

Develop team processes and communication

• Work collaboratively with other departments to implement good change practices
• Assess and improve team processes on a regular basis
• Lead the design and implementation of processes/systems and tools to effectively deliver against targets

Team development and motivation

• Provide clear development and succession planning for team members
• Coach team members to ensure they have the skills for excellent performance
• Motivate the team to achieve excellent results and ensure their continual improvement

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience with data analysis
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Solid background in operational reporting
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end process from DSS to RFS
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Target Driven
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
