Team Leader (German language)

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Providing daily mentoring and coaching for team members with the goal of achieving targets and expectations.
• Monitoring and evaluating the results and the quality of work and providing prompt feedback.
• Analysing and improving current processes.
• Ensuring a high degree of motivation within the team.
• Taking responsibility for the team's performance and work.
• Creating an environment suitable for success by promoting and recognizing each person's initiatives and efforts.
• Successfully coordinating tasks and responsibilities among different stakeholders (team members, business manager, client).
• Reporting to the business manager of the project.

What are we looking for:

• Knowledge of German at a minimum C1 level.
• Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.
• Knowledge of French, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese or any Nordic language would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in team management.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a group.
• Task prioritization and process optimization skills.
• Analytical skills.
