Team Leader - IT infrastructure

We are looking for 
IT Infrastructure Team Leader
Novi Sad

YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

• Lead specialists responsible for Network, but also Compute, Cloud and related Infrastructure services across BMTS Technology globally.
• Ensure reliable, secure and high-performing infrastructure operations across all locations.
• Define and implement infrastructure standards, procedures, documentation and operational guidelines.
• Support the global IT strategy, infrastructure roadmap, resource planning and investment planning.
• Build backup coverage, knowledge sharing and cross-functional capability within the team.
• Network: LAN, WLAN, WAN, internet services, firewalls, VPN, routing and switching, monitoring, security controls, documentation and CMDB maintenance.
• Compute and Cloud: physical servers, virtualization, storage, backup and recovery, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 infrastructure, cloud services, monitoring and disaster recovery components.
• Set priorities, allocate resources and coach team members through mentoring, feedback and development planning.
• Maintain skills and qualification matrices, support onboarding, succession planning and backup planning.
• Participate in global IT projects, lead infrastructure work packages, review technical solutions and coordinate external suppliers.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery and infrastructure architecture/capacity planning.
• Drive infrastructure-related ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, capacity, availability and configuration management, request fulfilment and continual service improvement.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• University degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related technical discipline or Higher school, VI educational degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, including at least 3 years in Enterprise Networking.
• Strong experience with enterprise network environments, infrastructure operations and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience leading technical teams and/or infrastructure projects.
• Manufacturing and multinational company experience are an advantage.
• Fluent English is required; German is an advantage.
