Team Leader – SAP / Business Processes
Novi Sad 

We are looking for a hands-on Team Leader for SAP and Business Processes to lead our SAP function, support business transformation, and act as a trusted advisor between IT and business stakeholders.

YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

• Lead, coach, and develop SAP consultants and specialists;
• Ensure stable SAP service delivery and support reliable business operations;
• Translate business requirements into practical SAP and process solutions;
• Coordinate SAP change requests, projects, rollouts, and improvement initiatives;
• Build and develop the SAP Key User community across business locations;
• Support business process harmonization, documentation, and knowledge sharing;
• Contribute directly as a player-coach in SAP consulting, operations, configuration, and project work.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• University degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or Higher School;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, including at least 3 years in Enterprise Networking;
• Strong experience with enterprise network environments, infrastructure operations, and technical troubleshooting;
• Experience leading technical teams and/or infrastructure projects;
• Manufacturing and multinational company experience are an advantage;
• Fluent English is required; German is an advantage.
