Team Manager (Game Kontent Studio)

An international studio producing content for iGaming operators is launching a new project and is looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead a team of game presenters and game organizers.

Responsibilities:

• Leading, coaching, and coordinating the daily work of game presenters and game organizers;
• Planning staff schedules, vacations, and rotations; making adjustments and ensuring execution;
• Conducting pre-shift briefings;
• Analyzing and evaluating employee performance; maintaining monthly performance-related bonus records;
• Monitoring and improving team KPIs; conducting retraining and organizational meetings when necessary;
• Participating in the development and testing of internal tools (e.g., Operations Portal);
• Preparing reports and summaries upon request;
• Providing operational support to the team in day-to-day activities;
• Setting team goals and translating them into measurable objectives for each employee;
• Checking game tables and equipment for functionality and providing feedback;
• Performing other tasks assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in people management, including leading teams in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive the team to achieve KPIs;
• Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency with relevant tools and software;
• Confident use of Microsoft Office; experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus;
• Fluent English (B2/C1); knowledge of other languages is an advantage;
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
• Willingness to travel to Riga for 1–2 months for training.
